I had the pleasure of being seated in the section with the server Stacy. She was so funny, charming, and sweet. Stacy was overall very attentive and energetic that It made the experience that much more enjoyable, she definitely went above and beyond. Stacy is the sole reason why I would definitely love to come back besides the amazing view and the delicious food. The food is Fresh and delicious while the Scenery was just as refreshing as the drink selection
My go to for Sunday brunch whenever I come over, on the way to the airport before flying back to the UK. Lovely restaurant with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. $45 for the amazing “all you can eat” buffet, which includes a welcome Mimosa or glass of champagne. Great variety of breakfast items including an omelette station. Fabulous fresh shrimp, mussels and crab salad, sushi, lunch choices, fresh fruit and miniature desserts. Great service, our waitress today was the amazing Lynsie who was very sweet, helpful and attentive.

The ability to dock the boat and step right into the restaurant makes the experience even more special. The waterside dining atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, the perfect spot to enjoy fresh seafood and great company. The food was outstanding fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every dish we tried was impressive, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Service was equally excellent, attentive, friendly, and professional without ever feeling rushed. Between the convenience of boat docking, the unbeatable views, and the amazing food and service, Island Way Grill delivers the full package. Garrett took excellent care of us, returning regularly to ensure we were happy. Good dinner of surf n turf, although 1 slightly overdone while scallops portion much smaller than previous visit. The brussel sprouts in ponzu & maple was tasty & so was the custom old fashioned cocktail.
We love this restaurant. We got married here and have never had a bad experience. Food is wonderful. Service was amazing. Demetri ( i believe that was his name) was fresh out of training and I wouldn’t have noticed! His attention to detail, and attentiveness was outstanding! We pulled the manager aside and let her know about our great experience! We will always be back.
Food, service, atmosphere, and views were fantastic. The oysters were exceptional! Amazing dinner at Island Way Grill overlooking the marina. Food highlights: York River oysters from Virginia, charbroiled oysters, hogfish (so good!), and sherry-maple-sesame Brussels sprouts. Such a great way to end the day!
